*NOTE: The Sounds of Memphis dinner theater has sold out, but we are having another dinner theater on April 22, focusing on the Civil War since it will be Civil War Days at Discovery Park of America! Continue to read what will be at this month’s dinner theater, so you can make plans to get your tickets for the next one!
Imagine listening to some Memphis blues with a delicious BBQ plate in your hand and a dinosaur beside you. No, this amazing dream hasn’t turned into a nightmare, you’re just at Discovery Park of America’s Sounds of Memphis dinner theater event!
This dinner theater will include a show by the Badgett Playhouse Theater from Grand Rivers, Kentucky, and will feature the King of Rock and Roll himself, Elvis Presley. You might even hear a few songs from other well-known Memphis musicians! You get the all access pass into this spectacular event with dinner and a show. Talk about “A Little Less Conversation, a Little More Action, Please!”
Our menu for this event will take you right back to momma’s house on a Sunday afternoon! We’ll have smoked pulled BBQ, baked beans, slaw, potato salad, and macaroni and cheese. Of course, there will be a dessert to make the whole meal complete!
This spectacular show will be on Thursday, March 16th in our Dino Hall, with social hour starting at 5:30 and dinner starting at 6:30. So don’t get “All Shook Up”! Grab your “Blue Suede Shoes” because you do not want to miss out on this event.
